‘Odd Couple’ to Open Season at Playhouse

Garden Grove Playhouse will open its 1997 season Feb. 21 with a presentation of Neil Simon’s “The Odd Couple.”
The play will run through March 22 at the playhouse in Eastgate Park near Chapman Avenue and Saint Mark Street.
The rest of the season will feature “Bleacher Bums,” April 18 to May 17; “Picnic,” July 11 to Aug. 9; “Sleuth,” Sept. 5 to Oct. 4; and “Tomfoolery,” Nov. 14 to Dec. 20. A children’s theater workshop will be in August.
Season tickets for the five-play series are available for $45, or $40 for seniors. Information: (714) 897-5122.
