‘Simple but Elegant’: Dressing for Dinner

Islands made of vegetables and fruits are among touches to create a “Simple but Elegant” dinner table, according to a course of the same name.

The Feb. 26 session by the Huntington Beach Community Services Department will show participants how to dress up their meals and tables.

For a $34 registration fee, students will learn about food art, garnishes, table decorations, napkin folding and more.

The class will be from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Edison Community Center, 21377 Magnolia Ave.
