Corona del Mar Company Sells Florida Hospital

CORONA DEL MAR — Comprehensive Care Corp. said it has sold its 100-bed free-standing hospital at Jacksonville Beach, Fla., to Integrated Living Communities of Jacksonville Beach Inc. for $1.3 million.
Comprehensive Care also said it is finalizing the sale of its hospital in Ohio and will continue to search for buyers for its remaining hospital in Texas.
