Hundreds to Dance at Weekend Benefit

More than 400 dancers from across Orange County will perform this weekend at two invitational concerts.
Sponsored by the Academy for the Performing Arts Dance Department at Huntington Beach High School, the shows will feature several styles of dances, ranging from ballet to jazz.
More than two dozen local studios, high schools and community colleges will be represented, including Golden West and Orange Coast colleges, and Southland Ballet and Huntington dance academies.
Tickets for the performances in the Huntington Beach High School auditorium are $6 in advance and $7 at the door. Shows are at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
