Authorities have identified a Hacienda Heights man as the deliveryman who was slain last week in Manhattan Beach while trying to stop a sexual assault.
Mike Trinidad, 29, was making a delivery at a business named Answers in the 800 block of Manhattan Beach Boulevard Friday morning when he and an unidentified partner arrived with supplies for the site from Office Depot, Sheriff’s Sgt. David Halm said.
Trinidad and his partner stumbled upon David I. Arisman, 48, a parolee who was assaulting a 27-year-old businesswoman, authorities said. Arisman fatally shot Trinidad and beat his partner.
Arisman is scheduled to be arraigned today.
