WEEK AT A GLANCE: Tande, a right-hander, had two victories last week, including a five-hitter in a 2-1 upset over Mater Dei, the defending Southern Section Division I champion, in the Thousand Oaks tournament. Tande was four for 10 in four games, drove in the winning run in victories over Westlake and Mater Dei, and scored in a 1-0 victory over Cerritos.
