Robert G. Kane, 65, writer for television and motion pictures. Kane, who was active in the Writers’ Guild of America West, specialized in comedy. His screenplays included “Kisses for My President” in 1964 and the satirical western “The Villain” in 1979 starring Kirk Douglas, Ann-Margret and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Kane began his career as a messenger at Paramount Pictures. On Thursday in Marina del Rey of multiple thoracic complications.
