Watson General Makes Acquisition

IRVINE — Watson General Corp. said Friday it acquired all the outstanding capital stock of NDE Environmental Corp.’s Ustman Industries Inc. unit for $5.25 million and a $500,000 note.
The unit, which provides remote tank monitoring, is expected to increase Watson General’s share of the market. Watson monitors and removes underground storage tanks.
Watson obtained $7 million of financing and working capital from Sagaponack Partners L.P., a San Francisco investment firm.
