The Huntington Beach City Council will host Assemblyman Scott Baugh (R-Huntington Beach) at a seminar Friday morning.

Government seminar--A story Thursday incorrectly stated the sponsor of a seminar featuring Assemblyman Scott Baugh (R-Huntington Beach). The Cypress City Council is hosting the event, which will be held today at 8 a.m. at the Cypress Golf Club, 4921 Katella Ave.
* Reducing liability for municipal government in regard to skateboarding and in-line skating accidents on public property.
* Transferring to the city some of the county’s redevelopment areas.
* Restricting hours of operation for city businesses.
