MIAMI — President Clinton will hold a year-end news conference at 11 a.m. PST on Monday.
The session will be held at the Dean Acheson auditorium of the State Department rather than at the White House because the East Room is filled with Christmas decorations, presidential spokesman Joe Lockhart said. It will be Clinton’s first formal news conference since a joint session on Oct. 29 with Chinese President Jiang Zemin.
