Miniatures to Fly at Annual Air Show

The Scale Squadron of Southern California and the Orange Coast Radio Control Club will hold the sixth Radio Controlled Air Show on Aug. 10, beginning at 9 a.m. in the Mile Square Park hobby area.
A full day of activities will include performances by professional miniature airplane fliers known as the California Air Show Team.
Organizers expect about 8,000 people at the free event, which will also feature food booths and prize drawings.
Mile Square Park is at 16801 Euclid St. in Fountain Valley.
