Western Christian 20, Flintridge Prep 14--Evan Cablayan rushed for 102 yards in 19 carries and the Rebels (2-2) lost a nonleague game at Pasadena Poly High.
Rebel quarterback J.P. Blecksmith completed four of nine passes for 25 yards and rushed for 64 yards in 12 carries. Blecksmith scored on two four-yard runs in the second quarter to tie the game, 14-14.
Anthony Sprunck had touchdown runs of 10 and four yards for Western Christian, and finished with six carries for 49 yards.
