In his editorial cartoon, Michael Ramirez criticizes our government by depicting a voice from the Capitol saying, “The budget deal is a sham.” (Commentary, Oct. 1). Hey, any government that can “balance the budget” by decreasing revenue by $95 billion and increasing spending by $52 billion is my kind of government. Way to go, Newt, Trent and Bill!
