Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises this month began offering loans to customers wanting to finance cruises. The program, dubbed CruiseLoan, comes after a similar plan offered last March by Princess Cruises. CruiseLoans are being offered through Citibank; call (800) 321-CITI. . . . Leonardo da Vinci’s Codex Leicester, containing many of the Renaissance genius’ scientific observations and illustrations, goes on display Thursday through Jan. 4 at the Seattle Art Museum.
