One man was shot to death and another critically wounded Tuesday morning at a downtown Los Angeles hotel, police said.
The dead man, whose identity was not released, was between 25 and 30 years old, police said. The wounded man was taken to County-USC Medical Center, where he is in critical condition, but is expected to survive, said Los Angeles police Sgt. Luis Trujillo.
No suspects have been arrested in the attack that occurred about 4:25 a.m. at the Barclay Hotel, Trujillo said.
“We don’t know a whole lot of things about this right now,” said Det. Jay Moberly. “We are waiting to interview the person in the hospital, but he can’t talk now.”
Anyone with information about the shooting should call Moberly at (213) 485-2671.
