Screenwriter Scott Frank, whose credits include “Out of Sight,” “Get Shorty” and “Dead Again,” will speak at the Jan. 9 meeting of the Scriptwriters Network, at 1:30 p.m. at Rehearsal Hall B of Building 476 of Universal Studios.
