Sex crime detectives are seeking three men in two apparently unrelated cases.
On Feb. 5 at 6:30 a.m., a man grabbed a woman and pulled her into his vehicle, drove to a secluded area, raped her and let her go, police said.
The rapist, who had blond hair and brown eyes, was about 5 feet 8, weighed about 150 pounds and was in his early 30s. He fled in a new, four-door, white Toyota Corolla.
Detectives said they are also looking for two men in an attempted rape that occurred about 3 p.m. on Jan. 18.
The victim was jogging when she was approached by one of the men, who knocked her to the ground. The second man, who had a knife, joined the first, and both tried to rape the woman, who fought them off and escaped.
One man, about 5 feet 10, wore earrings, had a shaved head and was cleanshaven. The second man had a “buzz cut” and goatee, and was about 6 feet 1. Both men were in their mid-20s.
