Thousands braved summer showers to attend an outdoor charity concert at the rural estate of Princess Diana’s family, which was opened to the public for the first time since her death. About 15,000 Diana admirers lined up for hours in Northamptonshire outside the grounds of Althorp House, the ancestral Spencer home, then endured 15 minutes of rain just before the concert began.
