Center Plans Activities During Spring Break

The Los Alamitos Youth Center will offer a recreational program at Rossmoor Park the week of spring break.
Spring Fling ’98 will include games, arts and crafts, sports, contests, an Easter egg hunt and a snack bar.
The aim is to give students something to do while on holiday. The youth center is a nonprofit organization providing recreational activities for children primarily from Rossmoor, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Cypress and Garden Grove.
The event runs April 13-17. Registration is $30 for 5- to 12-year-olds. There is a 10% discount for the second child in a family and financial assistance for those who qualify. Registration is at the center, 10909 Oak St.
