Panel to Hold Meetings on City Charter Reform

Public meetings on the Los Angeles City Charter reform will be held today and next week.
Today, a committee of the Los Angeles Elected Charter Reform Commission will hold a discussion with public comment on neighborhood councils at 9 a.m. in the office of Councilwoman Jackie Goldberg, 3525 W. Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles.
On Monday, the Elected Charter Reform Commission will hold a special meeting with discussions and public comment on community councils, the city commission system and bill of rights. The 5 p.m. session will be at the Department of Water and Power, conference center, 111 N. Hope St., Los Angeles.
