The White Tower at the Tower of London reopened this weekend with new exhibits after a three-year renovation. Among the innovations is a gallery that uses computer-generated images to show the history of the White Tower, which dates back to 1080 and housed everything from the royal menagerie to imprisoned royalty such as Anne Boleyn.
There are also Tudor and Stuart armories and 12 life-size carved wooden horses from the 17th century.
Entry to the White Tower is included with Tower of London admission, about $17 adult. Information: (800) 806-7187.
