Sophomore Sutton Leads Aliso Niguel

Sophomore Devon Sutton gave Aliso Niguel a big boost by scoring three touchdowns in the Wolverines’ 46-27 Pacific Coast League victory over Estancia.
Sutton had 139 yards in 19 carries. Iman Nikzad gained 100 yards in 11 carries for Aliso Niguel (3-4, 2-0). Sutton scored on runs of two and 69 yards during a 21-point third quarter.
After a field goal and a two-yard touchdown run by Bryant Durst in the first quarter, Aliso Niguel quarterback Jared Hill (four of eight for 102 yards) ran in from two yards to extend the lead to 18-0 after a two-point conversion.
Manu Tanielu scored on a 65-yard run for Estancia.
