* Fred Davis has been appointed branch manager for the Santa Paula office of Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, at Main and Mill streets. Davis, who has 35 years of banking experience, had retired from another California bank after serving in management positions in Ventura County.
* Susan Murphy of Camarillo and Elena Gramont of Westlake Village have been named to the board of directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties. Murphy is director of development at St. John’s Regional Medical Center Foundation, and Gramont is a financial advisor for Prudential Securities.
Make-A-Wish Foundation fulfills the wishes of local children with life-threatening diseases.
* Bill Melo has been named director of international marketing for Dataproducts Corp./Group Hitachi Koki in Simi Valley. Melo previously served as international marketing manager for Dataproducts.
Dataproducts is a subsidiary of Group Hitachi Koki, which manufactures computer printers.
