The Irvine manufacturer of synthetic bone and tissue products and spinal implant devices posted net income of $166,000, or 1 cent a share, for the third quarter, which included one-time costs of $381,000 related to the relocation of employees and assets from Cross Medical Products’ facility in Dublin, Ohio. Cross and Interpore merged in May. For the same quarter a year ago, net income was $534,000, or 4 cents a share. Sales rose 1% to $7.3 million from $7.2 million.
