Wally’s Fete du Bordeaux stars 14 wines--among them 1988 Chateau Pichon Longueville Baron, 1988 Chateau Leoville Barton and 1978 Chateau Cos d’Estournel, as well as some just-released 1996s--and a five-course meal prepared by Four Seasons chef Carrie Nahabedian. The highlight of the evening might be when Jean-Guillaume Prats, co-owner of Chateau Cos d’Estournel, opens his 1996 Chateau Cos d’Estournel for the first time in Los Angeles.
