Sheriff’s Department Seeks 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in locating four fugitives.
Maria Ampro Arroyo, also known as Maria Ampro Rodriguez, was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics but failed to appear in court after being released from jail.
Arroyo is an unemployed clerk who police say has moved from her last known address, 2437 Cortez St. in Oxnard.
Arroyo, 34, is 5 feet 2, 102 pounds, with brown eyes and hair.
Joyce Josephine Frakes is also wanted on suspicion of narcotics possession. Authorities were told earlier this year that she had moved to Las Vegas from her apartment at 1262 Newbury Road in Newbury Park.
Frakes, 42, is 5 feet 2, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and blond hair.
Michael Joseph Fernandez was convicted of attempted robbery and is being sought for allegedly violating his probation.
Fernandez, 21, has family in Santa Paula and usually works construction jobs. He is 5 feet tall, 180 pounds and has brown eyes, brown hair and a disfigured face tattoo on his right forearm. His last known address was 709 Ventura St. in Santa Paula.
Ronald Lamont Walker was arrested on suspicion of attempted credit card fraud.
After being arrested last year, he was booked into County Jail and released on his own recognizance. He then failed to make his court appearance.
His last known employment was as a nurse for a care facility in Ventura.
Walker, 29, is 6 feet 2, 220 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
