A furniture company will be allowed to move into a vacant building on the northeast corner of Chapman Avenue and Gilbert Street, under a plan approved recently by the Garden Grove City Council. The city’s Agency for Community Development will lend Furniture Trading Co. $200,000 to help retrofit the former Costco building into a furniture warehouse and store. The company has 10 years to repay the loan.
