The city’s Park, Recreation and Community Service Agency will hold its 15th annual Children’s Winter Holiday Party Dec. 11 at the Santa Ana Bowl from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event, for 3- to 12-year-olds, is free and will include face painting, crafts and a balloon bounce. Children will also be able to visit Santa and receive a small gift. The Santa Ana Bowl is at Flower Street and Civic Center Drive. Information: (714) 571-4200.
