Foreigners Blamed in Dissidents’ Slayings

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the nation’s supreme leader, asserted that foreign hands were behind the recent killings of five Iranian dissidents and warned that such slayings will continue. He did not specify any foreign country or organization as being behind the killings. The Intelligence Ministry announced this week that several of its agents had been arrested in connection with the killings.
