The City Council will conduct a second reading tonight of a new ordinance to limit the height of cable boxes. City officials want the boxes partially buried for safety reasons and to remove what they consider eyesores. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 23161 Lake Center Drive, Suite 210.
