* East 17th Street: A bicycle worth $800 was stolen in the 200 block sometime during the day Friday.

CYPRESS

* Valley View Street: Report of a residential burglary in the 9200 block at 4:46 a.m. Jan. 13. Someone entered through a smashed window and took two electric guitars and a ukulele valued at a total of $680.

* Chapman Avenue at Valley View Street: A man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public at 12:06 a.m. Sunday.

* Warner Avenue at Algonquin Street: A man said he saw his stolen dinghy on the back of a truck at 4:27 p.m. Jan. 13.

IRVINE

* Elm Avenue: Report of a cell phone stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 14800 block at 12:58 p.m. Sunday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Alexander Road: A man reported that his pickup was hit Sunday by another car while it was parked in the 2800 block. The driver of the other vehicle left the scene without stopping and police are looking for that person.
