The City Council approved preliminary planning Tuesday for a new park at Regency Lane and Osterman Road. The 17.5-acre site will open up opportunities for more organized youth sports activities. Currently, only El Toro II park provides lighted fields for night sports. The council is expected to select a consultant team in March. Information: (949) 461-3400.
