Students in the vocal classes at Oak Middle School will perform in a free concert entitled “Coming Home” on Dec. 7. The show is the result of several month of hard work by seventh- and eighth-grade students, according to vocal instructor Sara Magana. The concert will include medieval, baroque and seasonal pieces. There will also be a pianist and the finale will be a medley of secular holiday songs. The hour and 15-minute performance begins at 7 p.m. The event open to the public. Information: (562) 799-4740.
