A request by the Bixby Ranch Co. to remove 68 of 227 eucalyptus trees larger than 12 inches in diameter to make room for entrances and other shopping center needs will be reviewed at the Planning Commission meeting at 7:30 p.m. May 3. The property east of Seal Beach Boulevard and north of Lampson Avenue is under construction for the Bixby Old Ranch Towne Center.
