Democrats, want to get your message across to Southern California? Paint it on a car roof and get a cop to chase you. A high-speed police pursuit carried over KTTV Channel 11 Monday night blew away convention coverage in local TV ratings from 10 to 11 p.m. The car chase attracted 22% of viewers. Other stations’ recaps of convention events drew only 4% to 14%.
