Los Angeles police are looking for three men in the stabbing death of Arnolfo Mendoza, 21, who was found Saturday evening on the bathroom floor of his one-bedroom apartment.
Officers found Mendoza’s body about 5:40 p.m. at the residence in the 7200 block of Bakman Avenue. He had been stabbed multiple times in the upper body.
Neighbors told police that Mendoza had been drinking throughout the afternoon with several people, when an argument broke out between Mendoza and three men, believed to be brothers. A fight ensued.
Two of the men were identified as Efrain Soriano, 32, and Miguel Soriano, 38. The third was not named.
The men left the apartment on foot before the officers arrived, said police, who believe they may have fled to Mexico.
