During the Tet holiday, the Westminster Mall will host a family cultural festival Feb. 5 and 6. The Year of the Dragon Asian Festival will include martial arts demonstrations, juggling and magic acts, and a Chinese dragon dance. Performances will be at the Center Court Stage.
