‘Down to You’ Falls Behind ‘Next Friday’
Miramax’s Sunday estimate for “Down to You” was about $700,000 richer than Monday’s final total. As a result “Next Friday” continues as the No. 1 film for the second week in a row, with by far the highest per screen average in the top 10.
* “The End of the Affair” and “Cradle Will Rock” made only modest advances in their national expansion.
