Continental Home Healthcare Shows Gain

Continental Home Healthcare Ltd. in Glendale reported net earnings of $153,500 for the first quarter ended March 31, up from $59,600 for the same period last year. Revenue rose to $5.4 million from $4.5 million.
The company also said it has signed a letter of intent to purchase Mobility Plus of Las Vegas for $175,000 in cash and Continental common stock. Offers of employment will be made to the five employees of Mobility Plus, a medical equipment rental and sales business.
