Golden Rain Foundation President Bob Ring moved to dissolve the Shared Cost-Concept Committee during Tuesday’s board of directors meeting. The group was formed under the Long Range Planning Committee, which studies how fees for Leisure World amenities would be determined. Board members plan to discuss the formation of another Shared Cost-Concept Committee in future meetings.
The board postponed a vote on whether to decrease the fee for children using the swimming pools from $2 to $1.
Board directors also voted to adopt a policy that requires new security patrol vehicles to be four-door sedans.
