A ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the official opening of Knott’s Berry Farm’s Soak City USA water park will be at 11 a.m. Friday outside the park’s main entrance, 8039 Beach Blvd.
The 12 1/2-acre park, which has 21 rides and amusements, will be open seven days a week from Saturday through Sept 4. Entertainment and celebrity appearances will be a part of the weekend festivities. Information: (714) 220-5200.
