Regarding “A Leap of Faith--or Folly” (Weekend Escape, June 11): I have stayed at the Lakeview Inn in Lake Elsinore, Calif., many times and, unlike writer Vicki Torres’ experience, I have never needed foam earplugs to block freeway noise. The motel is clean, convenient and modest but certainly well-insulated.
