A section of Cleo Street that recently underwent a face lift will be the site of a dedication ceremony at 3 p.m. Monday.
Property owners who live near the beach access portion of the street contributed $45,000 for a decorative wall and lighting improvements. The city added $15,000 to the project that included landscaping next to the steps leading to the beach.
Mayor Kathleen Blackburn will participate in the ceremony. Information: (949) 497-0351.
