The City Council on Tuesday rescinded its approval of an ordinance increasing the number of council members needed to force an appeal of Planning Commission decisions. The council had voted 3 to 2 on Oct. 24 that a commission decision could be reviewed only if two or more council members agreed that the review was necessary. The rule remains that one council member can appeal Planning Commission decisions.
