Mothers Against Drunk Driving honored 31 police officers and prosecutors Thursday at its 14th annual Law Enforcement & Prosecutor Recognition Luncheon held at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace.
Century Awards were presented to 21 officers countywide who made 100 or more drunk driving arrests in the past year. Ten deputy district attorneys were given the 2000 Diligent Prosecution Award for their conviction rate of DUI suspects.
