North Hollywood 29, Verdugo Hills 0--Derick Brill completed 18 of 26 passes for 242 yards and three touchdowns in the first half at Verdugo Hills.
Brill, who was 20 of 30 for 263 yards, connected with Lamar Green on touchdown passes of 30 and 51 yards. Green finished with nine receptions for 151 yards.
On Verdugo Hills’ ensuing possession, punter Bryce Hester bobbled the snap and was tackled for a 23-yard loss. Nathaniel Payne rushed for 101 yards and one touchdown in eight carries for the Huskies (3-4, 2-0).
North Hollywood had 20 penalties for 225 yards, and 393 yards of total offense.
