Traffic Commissioner Matthew Flynn has dismissed a ticket issued to Hung Nguyen of Santa Ana by the city’s red light camera system after determining that an enlarged copy of the picture taken June 7 did not clearly identify the driver.
Nguyen had been sent a ticket for allegedly entering the intersection of Ortega Highway and Del Obispo 0.3 seconds after the light turned red at 5:38 p.m. June 7.
