Better Main Streets Focus of Forum Panel

Ideas for making Southern California’s main streets more attractive will be the topic of a panel discussion at the Westside Urban Forum from 7 to 9 a.m. Friday in Pacific Palisades.
The panel at the Riviera Club, 1250 Capri Drive, will be moderated by Douglas Suisman, a principal of Suisman Urban Design. Members will include Flora Gil Krisiloff, chair of the Brentwood Community Council and a member of the West L.A. Area Planning Commission; Los Angles City Council member Cindy Miscikowski; and David Margulies, co-founder, Urban Residential Partners.
Cost is $35 in advance, $45 at the door for members of the forum, $10 more for nonmembers. For information and registration, call (310) 394-0253.
