Opus Breaks Ground on Industrial Park

Opus West Corp. has broken ground on Rancho Technology Park, a two-building, 341,700-square-foot industrial park north of Ontario Mills Mall near Interstate 10 and Interstate 15.
Construction of the $15-million project is scheduled to be completed in January, said Paul Marshall, senior vice president of real estate development for Opus West. The project was designed by architect Hill Pinkert of Newport Beach.
It is part of nearly 2 million square feet of office and industrial space Opus West is developing in Southern California.
