Beach Festival to Kick Off Today

The city of Port Hueneme will host its third annual beach festival this weekend, featuring rides, games and music.
The festival will be held at Hueneme Beach Park at Surfside Drive and Ventura Road. Admission and parking are free.
The event includes lighthouse tours, crafts, and food booths.
It runs from noon to 8 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
